Bryan McAnulty is a hands-on product builder and AI systems practitioner who has spent more than 15 years designing and shipping software used by millions.
He is the founder of LatchLoop, founder and product director of Heights Platform, and founder of the digital product studio Velora. His work centers on AI agent workflows, automation loops, and full-stack products that give small teams meaningful leverage.
Bryan works from idea through production: mapping how an organization operates, designing the product and process, building the system, and putting the guardrails in place so it can keep delivering without constant oversight.
Current work
Building practical AI systems
In 2025, Bryan founded LatchLoop, a multiplayer-first AI agent platform for coding and knowledge work. Rather than placing a thin interface over existing coding tools, he designed a custom, model-agnostic agent harness around the way teams actually assign, steer, review, and approve work.
LatchLoop agents can gather context, plan work, open branches, make multi-file changes, generate pull requests, deploy to staging, and iterate against tests and review feedback. The same system supports long-running research and knowledge-work agents, reusable processes, recurring automation loops, and real-time voice control across web, mobile, and desktop.
This work grows from years of production AI practice, including context design, agent governance, human approval gates, and self-improving workflows. Bryan’s own agent workloads have exceeded 5 billion tokens in a month while supporting more than 200,000 lines of code shipped to production per month on mature codebases.
Heights Platform
Helping people turn knowledge into a business
Bryan founded Heights Platform to give creators one place to build and sell online courses, communities, coaching programs, and digital products. Today, the bootstrapped SaaS serves creator businesses in more than 100 countries and combines content, commerce, community, websites, and AI in a single platform.
He led the product, design, and engineering of Heights AI Coach, launched in 2023 as the first autonomous AI coach for online knowledge businesses, along with a context-aware AI assistant that can coach creators and take action inside their accounts. The team continues to use AI to reduce setup friction, personalize learning, turn live sessions into durable content, and help creators grow on their own terms.
More than 10,000 creators have used Heights to launch and scale their work, collectively earning tens of millions of dollars through the platform. The wider Heights ecosystem includes Creator Climb, a community and resource library for more than 10,000 creators and entrepreneurs.

The path here
From design practice to product leadership
Bryan started experimenting with graphic design software at age eight and freelancing at 13. In 2009 he founded Velora, a digital product design and development studio through which he and his remote team have created products and websites used by millions. Heights Platform and LatchLoop were later incubated within that product studio.
That early design foundation still shapes how he builds: start with the outcome, understand the person and the process, then choose the technology. His work spans product strategy, UX, architecture, full-stack development, and the operating systems that help a distributed team ship continuously.
Bryan has led remote teams since 2009. He began working while traveling internationally before “digital nomad” became common vocabulary, and has since worked across more than 30 countries and 100 cities. The point was never travel for its own sake; it was proving that thoughtful systems can create freedom without sacrificing ambitious work.

Elsewhere
Before the current AI and SaaS chapter, Bryan built earlier products and media projects including Bright Lounge, Clear Goals, and a range of experiments, client work, and creative businesses through Velora.
In 2010 he launched a travel-based video podcast and TV series that filmed interviews with creative entrepreneurs in 11 countries and 15 cities, later airing on smart TVs across Europe through 2015. Guests and featured companies included Bryan Cranston, Adobe, RKS Design, Wacom, and many others.
Those earlier years shaped the same throughline that still shows up in his work now: build useful products, study how creative people operate, and turn hard-won knowledge into something other people can actually use.
